Painful Sex and Urinary Leaking
I had never heard of a pelvic floor physical therapist until I was referred to Lauren. She made a somewhat awkward exam into a session that was relaxed and non-threatening. I was comfortable talking with her about my problems related to pain with penetration and urinary leakage, and she showed me exercises and recommended aids that have been extremely helpful. We could both see steady progress as I saw her over several months. I would strongly recommend her and her services!
