Service Description

A pre-surgical consult will help you physically prepare for the upcoming surgery so you can recovery as quickly as possible. We will focus on correct performance of kegels and create a personalized exercise program for you. I'll help you prepare for life after surgery and educate you on all treatments and supplies you might need to deal with possible urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction. Didn't make it in before surgery? It's never too late to start. We'll create a personalized exercise program to improve your bladder control and get you drier. I'll teach you had to get out of adult diapers and urinary pads (guards) and answer your questions about erectile function. Did you know that kegels can be helpful for erectile function?
